The reason 80% of men lift weights is the vanity of mirror reflection, whether they admit or not.
I believe the best look is not the hulk bulky look. But reasonably, muscular, lean , proportional physique.(definitely not those A&F skipped legs day model). Hence, The golden ratio is crucial for an aesthetic body. This physique would also have to have that dry and hard look, which can only be achieved by a very low body fat level.
My legs are much bigger than my upper body, for the coming years I will be focusing on improving my upper body. I will have to find out my chest maximal recovery volume and which I will talk about it on my next post.
